Utility Shut-off Instructions

Where the shut-offs are and how to operate them.

Gas Shut-off Location & Tool ⓘ e.g. Outside, north wall by the meter. Crescent wrench in the kitchen drawer. Water Shut-off Location e.g. Basement, behind the boiler. Quarter-turn ball valve. Electrical Panel Location e.g. Garage, west wall. Main breaker is at the top. Notes & Warnings ⓘ e.g. Do NOT turn gas back on yourself. Call utility before re-energising.
